Plastic Laminate Casework

LabDS offers the laboratory color and style using traditional plastic laminate casework materials. The high-pressure, vertical grade plastic laminate has a nominal thickness of .030 inches. The 46 to 50-pound particleboard core is industrial grade with a 3mm, black PVC edge banding around all around the door and drawer face edges. The hinges are heavy-duty, institutional type 5-knuckle style made from .095” thick, chrome-plated mild steel. Drawer slides are electrostatically epoxy powder-coated, cold-rolled steel, heavy-duty side-mounted and have a 150-pound load capacity.
